Radio Tulsipur FM is an independent community radio established in 2005. This radio is based in Dang district of Nepal. It is broadcasts everyday from 5 am to 10 pm. This is one of the most popular FM radios in in mid west Nepal.
It has a very wide reach. Broadcasting from Dang Valley in Nepal, its frequency is available as far away as Rapti Zone. Going by the survey conducted by Equal Access in the year 2006, it can be listened all over the neighbouring districts such as Salyan, Pythan, Rolpa, Rukum, parts of Arghakhachhi, Banke and many more. It is also available in parts of Nepal – India Border side. Radio claims itself that it has over 9.5 million regular listeners.
Tulsipur FM has built a network of other community radio stations with the objective of revolutionizing community broadcasting. It is a member of Association of Community Radio Broadcasters Nepal (ACORAB) and World Association of Community Radio Broadcasters (AMARC), BBC Nepali Service etc.
