Radio Madi 107.6 MHz is the first and only broadcast media organization established in Madi, the beautiful and rural ecological valley of Chitwan (Nepal). The station is located in mid of the Basantapur Bajar, the heart of Madi Municipality.

It has been transmitting community news bulletins; informative and awareness programs; current affair shows; entertainment, musical, phone-in and interview based programs and much more for last four years.The station is peculiar among its kind in Nepal for its management structure, public support and listenership, school radio clubs, local and dedicated journalist, use of language and variety of programs it transmits. It has already hosted various live reality shows, grand Madi Mahotsav, several cultural and musical competitions and numbers of public hearing programs. radio madi fm
Radio Madi FM has been awarded for its contribution on their respective fields by the GON – Ministry of Agriculture, District Education Office Chitwan, First Madi Mahotsav, Community Health Center, Basantapur United Club and many more. During the days the station is assumed by all as the complete voice of Madi valley.

The station has been managed and run by a highly professional team of journalists and media professionals, headed by Mr. D. N. Shah, a Master’s Degree holding fellow on Mass Communication and Journalism. Finance and marketing depart of the station has been administered by Miss. Meera Ranabhat & Mrs. Apekshya Chaudhary. Technical sector has been managed by Mr. Kishore Paudel and Mr. Jeevan Ranabhat. News Desk has been run by Mr. Netra Prasad Acharya and Miss. Preety Pokhrel. Number of local journalists and other staffs are working on various duties and designations on the station. Correspondents or news reporters of Radio Madi are scattered nationwide and few volunteer presenters have been assisting on some typical programs.
